Fourth of July Exploding Drinks
There are a lot of things that can create oohs and aahs on the Fourth of July, these Fourth of July exploding drinks are one of those things. The real key to the exploding good time, whether your drinks are alcoholic or non-alcoholic, is to add Pop Rocks to the rim of the glass.
You can add flair to your existing favorite cocktails by lining the rim with Pop Rocks or use our favorite recipes below.
Pop Rocks can be found at some Walgreens and grocery stores, and most old time candy stores.
Pour Pop Rocks onto a flat plate. Pour a quarter inch of water into a bowl. Dip the glass’s rim into thewater and shake slightly so it’s not too wet, just slightly damp. Then dip the rim of the glass into the Pop Rocks. Now, when you make your drinks be sure to pour into the center and not ruin the popping rim.
